FFPE blocks · Research use
Human FFPE tissue
Research-use human FFPE tissue blocks, pathologist reviewed: normal control tissue, and cancer and disease tissue by indication. Tell us what you need and we'll work through the options with you.
Why our tissue
The block decides the data. Know what you're getting before it reaches your assay.
Pathologist reviewed
Blocks are reviewed by a pathologist. H&E images with regions of interest annotated are available on request.
See the H&E first
Whole-slide H&E images of candidate blocks are available on request, before you decide.
Clinical context
Diagnosis, age, sex, and block size with every block. Treatment history and other metadata when available.
Normal controls
Normal control tissue from a range of organs to run alongside your disease samples.
Ethically sourced. All human tissue is collected under IRB-approved protocols, with donor consent for research, and is de-identified before it reaches you.
Before you choose
See the H&E before you commit.
On request, we scan candidate blocks and share whole-slide H&E images with the pathologist's annotations, so you can confirm the tissue fits your study first.
- 1Tell us the indication and what you need
- 2We send whole-slide H&E images of candidate blocks, with pathologist annotations
- 3You choose the blocks for your study
